Mutation of property means updating the ownership records in the municipal register after transfer of property through sale, gift, inheritance, or any other legal means.

How to Apply
1. Visit the Online eMutation portal (https://wburbanservices.org/)
2. Register or log in using your credentials.
3. Fill in the required details of the property and applicant.
4. Upload the necessary documents.
5. Submit the application and note the Application/Reference Number for future tracking.
6. Pay the applicable fees online (if required).

Copy of registered sale deed / gift deed / will / succession certificate (as applicable)
Previous mutation / holding number details
Identity proof of the applicant (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
Address proof
Recent property tax payment receipt
Photograph of the applicant
Any other document as specified by the Municipality
