Who Can Apply?
Any citizen or property owner within the jurisdiction of Dhulian Municipality who intends to construct a new building, make additions/alterations, or revise an existing sanctioned plan can apply through this portal. How to Apply
1. Visit the Online Building Plan section / portal (https://obpsudma.wb.gov.in/)
2. Register / Login with valid credentials
3. Fill in the application form with required details
4. Upload necessary documents and building drawings
5. Submit the application and pay the prescribed fees online
6. Track the status of your application online
