Citizens of Dhulian Municipality can now apply for Birth Certificate and Death Certificate online through the official JonmoMrityu Tathya Portal of the Government of West Bengal.

How to Apply:
1. Visit the JonmoMrityu Tathya Portal.
2. Register / Login with your mobile number.
3. Select Dhulian Municipality as the registration unit.
4. Fill in the required details carefully.
5. Upload necessary documents.
6. Submit the application and note the Application / Acknowledgement Number.
7. Track the status of your application online.
Required Documents (General):
For Birth Certificate: Hospital discharge summary / doctor’s certificate, parents’ identity proof, address proof, etc.
For Death Certificate: Medical certificate of cause of death, identity proof of the deceased / applicant, address proof, etc. For any assistance regarding online birth or death registration, please contact the concerned section of Dhulian Municipality during office hours.
